A rare plant to find these days. These are well grown flowering-size plants. Native to China, this species grows on limestone in wet mountain regions. The beautiful large yellow flowers emerge in winter to spring. The flowers typically last 3 weeks or so. This plant can produce growths that emerge anywhere in the pot and in time you will need to eventually grow it in a bulb pan. Grow in medium to lower light and in intermediate to warm temps.
